后端开发工程师 岗位职责：  1、参与系统的需求调研和需求分析；  2、搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的实现；  3、负责分析软件的开发;  4、系统开发测试、部署和集成；  5、负责解决开发过程中的技术问题；  6、参与代码维护与备份。任职要求：  1、1年以上的java/C#/C++/Ruby/Python等语言开发经验；  2、熟悉OO；  3、熟悉SQL、NoSQL等主流数据库；  4、有良好的编程风格，能够书写规范、优质的代码；  5、良好的团队协作能力。  6、有良好的技术热情、最求代码的品质和最好的实践

前端开发工程师 岗位职责： 1、迭代式的修改并增强高保真原型，参与迭代式的用户体验测试，收集真实用户的反馈并作出调整； 2、建立一套完整的UI框架，包括HTML标准、CSS策略、JavaScript框架选择； 3、控制项目中的前端代码质量，保证代码清晰优雅并能跨浏览器和平台保持一致性。 4、和后端开发人员和UX人员结对合作，共同交付一个用户故事； 5、参与社区活动并传播技术理念与经验。任职要求： 1、具备手写HTML、CSS及原生JavaScript的能力； 2、深入理解语义化HTML、CSS盒模型、渐进增强、响应式设计； 3、熟悉并掌握主流的前端开发框架（angular、react、Vue等）及开发流程（基于node.js的构建、测试与压缩）； 4、具备解决跨浏览器兼容性的经验； 5、具备良好的沟通能力； 6、具备好奇心和强烈的愿望，能持续提升自我，并带领团队一起成长； 7、良好的英文听说读写能力是加分项 8、有良好的技术热情、最求代码的品质和最好的实践
