Cannot add connection #175

Since the update VSCode I cannot use the +-button on the right to add a new connection.

Version: 1.59.0 (user setup)

I cannot add a connection on Ubuntu 20.04

Me too... "+" button doesn't work properly.

apt install gnome-keyring

This helped for me. But sometimes clicking on + sign do nothing, restarting vs code hellps.
