Enhancement Idea: scheduling jobs in the SP #278

2 interesting use cases from Keto Zhang:

  1. If a scientist wants to run a regularly scheduled photometry pipeline in the science platform, do they have any tools there to aid with common automation needs (e.g., continuously fetch unprocessed images from somewhere, run the notebook on a schedule, etc.).
  2. For processed data, continuously feeding/training an ML model
