Implemented preferences to set the UI thread script timeout. #22

I created a preference to change the UI thread timout. Please merge and create a new release. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay!

I've merged and pushed the updated version 1.0.11 to the update site, so a "Check for updates" should find it.
