What is the exact smali/baksmali command that you ran?
./baksmali -x NetworkLocation.odex

What version of smali/baksmali are you using? What rom are you working
from?
1.2.6 I built. Gingerbread

Please provide any additional information below: error messages, symptoms,

You need to find the jar/apk that the missing class is in, and tell baksmali
where to find it, with the -c option
