Add dataset download to explorer ... #42

... so that filtered datasets can be added.

In the explorer (tab: "Dataset") the entire dataset can now be downloaded as an .xlsx file. However, filtering in this tab is disabled. If you suggest that users should be able to download the filtered dataset, we need to enable filtering in the "Dataset" tab.
