Update OG preview #49

The og-image links to the logo were not working because of the site looking in the wrong place.

I've also tweaked the description to use definitions for glossary entries, and to limit itself to 254 characters.

Use this tool to compare the social preview for https://forrt.org/glossary/anonymity/ (current) vs https://mjaquiery.github.io/forrtproject.github.io/glossary/anonymity/ (new).

P.S. lots of commits because I couldn't get it to build locally -- I recommend squashing and merging if the PR is accepted!
