Added ShareX settings #113

Updated the readme file by adding the ShareX settings.

TODO: Figure out how to get the shareable URL back once the file gets uploaded. With the current settings, ShareX provides {responseurl}/{filename}, which is not the appropriate format to download the file directly. @forscht may be able to help
