add_license #13

Seems this skill are missing license so I added it and choose GPL.

Also changed icon in readme.md

Thanks, will verify it's compatible with the gpl v2 that the upstream is using (should probably be)

Ok I think this will work since we're not actually linking against the frotz code, just using it's binary.
