Migrate Server to AWS

Description

The app's server is currently hosted on a desktop computer. To improve reliability, scalability, and security, we need to migrate the server to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Tasks

• [x] Research AWS services suitable for hosting our app's server.
• [x] Set up an AWS account.
• [ ] Configure AWS resources (e.g., EC2 instance, RDS database, S3 storage) .
• [ ] Migrate app data and configurations from the computer to AWS.
• [ ] Update app configurations to point to the new AWS server.
• [ ] Test the migrated setup thoroughly.
• [ ] Update documentation with new server details and deployment procedures.

Additional Notes

• Need as low of cost options as possible
• Deadline: May 10,2024
