What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to Windows; launch MonitorES_03.exe; Monitor Off - Power Saving
2. Press Ctrl+F2; keep hands away from pointing devices

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: monitor fades to black and remains so.
Actual: monitor fades to black, then returns to normal. If locking console
(Ctrl-Alt-Del, Lock), monitor fades to black and returns to normal, fades
to black again and returns to normal again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3, Vista Ultimate x64, ThinkPad T61p

Scenario is as described above. Sorry you can't reproduce it on your arbitrary
Vista
x64 machine; on my ThinkPad T61p behavior is 100% consistent failure. I don't
know
what else to tell you.
