We need to set the basis for test suites and documentation of libraries & demonstrators.

Guidelines:

[x] doctest for unit basic unit and property tests and documentation.
[ ] HUnit and QuickCheck for advanced unit and property tests.
[ ] Org mode for reporting experiments
[x] GitHub pages for exporting README, API doc and examples, and integrate them within the ForSyDe web site.
