Restoring sessions has missing data #20

When loading a saved session, several inputs are not properly updated (although the information is successfully saved and loaded). This is probably an issue with Shiny's reactive order of operations. In particular:

Stand ID field
Priorities
Aggregate Results By

stand_id and priorities is now fixed...

"Aggregate Results By" is still broken.
other fields fail to save, include:

proj_fixed_target proj_fixed_contraint_amount
