1 year ago This has been resolved by setting a minimum patch size in the r6 update. The slack terminology is vague.
Stand selection:
- Rank stands by objective
- Exclude stands outside the stand threshold
- Select stands until the area constraint met
- Remove stands in reverse sequence until secondary constraint is met
- Evaluate that final patch meets both area and secondary constraint
In my tests,
P_size_slackdoes not appear to have any effect. In addressing this, I believe we decided it better to name asP_size_minto avoid confusion (slack represents the % less thanP_size).
