Nothing happens when you select a state on the "choose location" screen.
A user should be able to choose multiple states, a checkmark will then appear next to each selected state, then, once the user is done selecting states (could be 1 or could be 50 states) at the top right there should be a "done" button. This will then take the user back to the filter screen.
(May choose a different word than "done" to go at the top right, but until I say different go with that.)
