Bookmark popup screen/option for bookmark folders #41

Once the user chooses to "star" a school, I would like for this popup screen to appear -- this way the user knows what exactly they're doing when they press the star button and they can then organize their colleges into folders.

The plus icon would then give the user the option to add a folder name right there.

A plus sign inside a folder would be cool, and then we could put little folders next to each folder name -- Tony if you want to see if your friend can make an icon for that?

I don't know how hard pop up screens are to code/customize, so just let me know if any of this isn't possible.

Actually, we should probably just have a new icon for the bookmark all together -- having a star and calling it "bookmarks" doesn't make much sense.

I can work on that, or if Drew wants to that would be great too.
