Update starter kit bots with new zettablock/forta db integration changes

We'll need to update the bots once #164 is complete and we know which data provider to go with.

We merged the bot-alert-rate integration changes in #164 and recently added the forta-bot-db integration for most starter-kit bots. (#193)

@christian-forta @tayfun Could you redeploy the following bots? Before we redeploy, we'll need to add the Zettablock API key in the bot owner's secrets.json.
