Flashloan Detection - FP #568

Alert - https://app.forta.network/alerts/0xc65f3060fcb82e7a44b84b2981c480a257c634bf98973bed05e5fe4c8b0601df while there's a flashloan, it does seem like a mev bot and a very insignificant amount ($22) was gained. Maybe there should be an amount threshold for the bot

interesting, super complex arbitrage with many swaps, flashloans. 219 events and 344 internal transaction and a profit of 22.
