(MR/VR) Make UI elements grabable like in Holotanks #133

Currently at the moment the UI elements for menu and programing/scripting is something you can't move around. In Holotanks there's a scoreboard that can be moved around by grabbing it's edges and i wonder why not use similar thing here? There's sometimes situtations where the programing/scripting UI is at unfurtunate position and makes it awkward to use (especially when playing the game sitting).

This UI element is outside of my playspace and rotated at odd angle and there's bed and table in the way. These should seriously be movable. image

This was sort of fixed for Action Panel as that's movable now. BUT! It needs to be fixed in other areas as well..... When adding text bubble to creeper's head, i don't understand why this UI element had to be in this place in middle of my room rotated away from where i was standing. UIs like this should follow where the player is standing and rotated cos it makes no sense for these to be in middle of the room. Same goes for the UI when you win/lose the game and main menu... image
