Ununsed block actions are different from bw2 #180

In bw2 the unused block actions for the specific block in the video are different/more finished than the block actions in bwr. I would like the ones in bwr to be modified in a similar way bw2's are if possible.

Bw2 is modified steam v1.47 and our core was 1.48.2
