Broken camera controls of developer build. #39

The developer build has broken camera controls with the right mouse button. Currently, moving the camera with the right mouse button does not work. Zooming with two fingers on the trackpad does not work either. Finally, using WASD while holding the right mouse button (in editor) will not move the camera. The only way to move the camera in the editor currently is by orbiting around a block. This makes it much harder to build while in the editor.
