  2. Well, not that i know of. Search online. You have https://developer.bitcoin.org/reference/ and books...
  3. Not sure what you mean. This project like most python projects are prototypes. Mostly for educational purposes. Thus use at your own risk. The key and address generated here are as valid as in bitaddress.org. If you want to generate a wallet for your personal use i suggest you use a hardware wallet instead or download bitcoin core client. Hope this helps.
