This will likely be the last pull request producing executables that are binary identical to the previous c64/c16-ultraforth83 versions.
The next changes will likely be
a) applying the fixes and improvements from uf382
b) produce block wordset free versions of c64 and c16 VolksForth
Before making more changes and improvements to the core code beyond that, I'll likely first work towards unifying the CBM sources with other VolksForth platforms.
I may try to do an X16 version in parallel, though. :-)
