Little improvements on documentation #24

I overlooked 6502/C64/liesmich.txt, tested volksForth c16 at YAPE/SDL and added it to the working emulators list.

I wonder why the umlauts are sometimes written correctly and sometimes as ue for example. If wanted I can all put them into the correct german form.

Possibly because the Authors might have worked on machines that did not had Umlauts. Later edits might have been done on modern machines that can produce umlauts.

Yes please, I would be happy if you could fix the umlauts
