First .fth-based v4th.com #38

The changes become larger. :-) Here comes the first v4th.com built entirely from .fth stream sources, the first build rules that can check whether the build went through completely (and didn't break off because of some error), and updates both to the msdos/readme.org and the main top-level README.ORG.
