Add search UI #11

get now has support for searching-- this functionality should be reflected in the UI.

Checkpoint has a nice keyboard for switch and is also GPLv3, which may be a good candidate.

initla search UI added in https://github.com/vgmoose/appstorenx/commit/68015be51edc45b95ba2448b67d5edd1dae2b594, but the keyboard needs to be bigger as it's hard to hit on the touch screen
