FoD: `fcli fod release create ... --microservice=XX` fails #320

Creating a new or existing release on a microservice fails with Unable to resolve application name and microservice name, as in the following example:

 fcli fod release create --status=Development --microservice=ms2 Test-Microservices-App:2.0
Unable to resolve application name and microservice name.
