SC DAST API Doesn't allow for overriding startUrls so fcli should remove this option #324

[11:39 AM] Ruud Senden Just confirmed with Alex that the SC DAST API doesn't allow for overriding startUrls

Example: fc-dast scan start -S scanID -U http://ipaddress/ scanName is not working. I still see the original scan starturl in the scan that is ran instead of overriding it with the new starturl I supplied
