Add `checkout` action in `package` action? #11

The fortify/github-action/package action obviously requires source code to be checked out. Currently, this means that user will need to use the actions/checkout action before invoking our actions. Would it make sense to add the checkout action to our package action, such that users can optionally skip this step?
