Possible issues with keyboard shortcuts when system language is Chinese #23

I added the shortcut key as instructed, it seemed some functions are not working. Though Paste Lines works. Did I miss some steps that should been told? Or maybe there is conflict with the shortcut key?By the way, my OS system language is Chinese, is that a problem?

Xcode Version 5.1.1 (5B1008)
OS X 10.9.2

If you use the menu items directly do the features work as expected? Is it only an issue with the keyboard shortcuts? Do you see a keyboard shortcut beside the items that do not work?
