"Display" row was added to the Shortcuts tab, that made the script not to work.

On my machine, it seems the "App Shortcuts" item really is the 9th item. Isn't that the case on yours?

Oh, I've found the reason now! My mac must have added an "input sources" tab after I added hebrew. In that case, I'm not sure how to fix this problem globally.

Oh I see! I don't really know how to fix this at the moment either; I'm far from an AppleScript expert. I've added issue #48 to track this. I'd gladly accept a pull request if you feel like figuring this out!
