Should we use an ACM document class? #14

ACM article class. I believe it's the recommended one for ACM articles, and it looks quite pretty to me (example).

Here's how I used it:

\documentclass[sigplan, review=false, screen=true, balance=true]{acmart}

Using an article class for the template would take care of #10, #11, #12, and #13.
