Description

this PR refactors the code, add functionalities.

[x] add logger, modify the ci, remove redundant containers.
[x] remove nested dockerisation.
[x] test cases race condition docker ci.
[x] readme fix
[x] manage test suite manage
[x] CI fix with test suites for both frontend and backend.
