Mainly reusing the FortranCon presentation, but our audience are mostly non-Fortran programmers.

Changes (partly done)

  1. introduce Fortran
  2. explain difficulties about building Fortran projects and distributing Fortran libraries in more detail
  3. open questions we want to discuss with the packaging community
