I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.

[X] Feature is not present in the latest Pre-Release

This is irrelevant to VSCode, but could anyone step in to check the updated keywords for Geany? https://github.com/geany/geany/pull/3656

Please don't use our Issues to start discussions about other projects. There are better ways to draw devs' attention, Fortran-lang Discourse being one of them.
