I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.

[x] I have replicated the Issue in the latest Pre-Release

Description

Screenshot of the vscode editor with the f90 file open.

All extensions are disabled. The sticky scroll area consists of 3 lines.

Only the Modern Fortran 3.2.0 extension (and its companion fortls 3.1.2) is enabled. The sticky scroll area consists of only 1 line.

It is expected that there should be no differences.
