I suggest that the book How to learn Applied Mathematics through modern FORTRAN be added to the In print section. It is self-published but of decent quality IMO. A pdf of the book (280 pages) and its codes are in the authors` repo. I suggested the authors replace FORTRAN with Fortran in the title. The codes are modern Fortran.
Since Numerical Recipes abandoned Fortran for C++, I think books like this are needed.
