nml edit and pulse stuff #648

difficulty tweak. by which i mean adding some funny nests, a few annoying sticks of doom and some other stuff to the interior of the northernmost nml thingummy i made. also stops YK-42bs from instakilling sentrybots and securitrons, instead just deals a flat bonusdamage from supereffective because 1shotting sentries and securitrons is bad.
