Heavy Captain, and the MG60 LMG

About The Pull Request

The captain gets a new armor set that is way slower than what they get now, but protects a little more. They also get the star of the show, the MG-60 Support LMG. It has a full 4 slowdown and the armor applies another 1. It has a bullet hose mode and an accurate, slower firing mode.

The armor IS a subtype of salvaged PA, for ease of code.

All sprites are courtesy of CM, at the request of the commissioner.

Why It's Good For The Game

The Centurion gets a couple completely different sets; this extends the amount of options that the NCR captain gets.

comical, I thank you for letting me commission you to add this dumb idea. but in all honesty you should remove it in like a few days or weeks or i dunno have someone else modify the fuck out of it
