Allows the White Legs Storm Drum to load 50 round drums
Why It's Good For The Game
There's no real reason why they shouldn't be able to load the 50-rounders should they be found, the Storm Drum variant already has less damage and higher spread as a downside to a regular tommygun, which barely ever show up anyways, making the 50-rounders basically unusable as anything but ammo boxes for loading other stuff.
The storm drum still only starts with stickmags though
