About The Pull Request

Adds in a brotherhood Paladin loadout for scouting purposes. This includes: AER9 Powerfist Binoculars Trekking Stims Funny unique Power armor

Why It's Good For The Game

Brotherhood Paladins need a scout role, both for RP and for those who just want to see further. This is a weaker, but more varied Frontline role.
