In this PR we fixed alot of bugs, well not bugs more like intended features. Reinforced and regular combat legionary things are finally fixed the helmets especially. Legion heavy gear gets a better sprite aka liberator stuff from DR.
Fixes the place where everyone games for night vision, as it was far too easy.

Why It's Good For The Game
Bugs are really bad for the game and this basically fixes those bugs that I accidentally made.
