About The Pull Request

Adds crafting recipe for a .45 ACP speed loader to the ammolathe. Material requirements are the same as for the .45 LC speed loader.

Why It's Good For The Game

People use .45 ACP revolvers and it would be great to have the ability to make speed loaders for them.
