About The Pull Request

I fixed it. (Not really)

Why It's Good For The Game

Same as before, legate buff (why not. Helps out admins who keep getting robusted.) CQC cent because it was never broken to begin with, just used a lot. Vex goliath, you know why (or you don't who cares) and... yeah thats it. So. Life.

not adding the stun baton, also due to my laptop being absolute aids I'd doubt I'll even be able to fix this.

because apparently changing loadouts fucks with atmos, maps, sprites e.c.t.

This shit is broken beyond belief, I'm gonna fuck with it again next week because holy fuck SS13 code is so jank.
