Re-adds paladin spawn into BoS bunker since it was somehow removed?

adds more lights so the base is not fucking black

You see, paladins spawning in the enclave bunker is balanced because it allows them to die to the AI faster so the round can resume as usual because they're gonna die anyway to a cazador.
