About The Pull Request

Everyones malding, server pop dropped, more news at 10.

Respawn timer down to 10 mins. See if that changes things(?)

Why It's Good For The Game

People malded, so lets see if it DOES change things. If this changes nothing to the pop/average player attitude then revert it.

Byond measures time by default in DECIseconds (tenths of seconds) so if you set it to 600 you will instead get 1 minute respawn timers. If you want 10 minutes you should throw another 0 in there.
