About The Pull Request

Long overdue! This PR introduces some potential controversial changes, but I think it's overall a net gain. A major part of this rework entails the following:

• Better average time dialation
• Faster init time
• Better gameplay
• More balancing
• Faction bloat purging
• And even less runtimes!

Why It's Good For The Game

Let's face it. The server? In pretty rough shape! I think we can breathe a bit of life back in here and get it restorted to its former glory. Check out this build time!

I got that basically the second I ran the build CMD!
