Using Soda theme wont load correctly #4

Thanks for pointing this out. I downloaded the Soda theme to check this and noticed issues with tabs and the folder drawer text not displaying properly, is this the same problem as you are having?

If so, I'm not sure I can offer a proper fix to this. It appears to be an issue with Sublime not properly loading themes that differ too much, as it's mentioned in both the Soda theme troubleshooting page and in a few other places I found when searching for similar issues. However, I did find that manually changing to another colour scheme (via the preferences menu) then restarting Sublime made the theme appear correctly. Once this is done it appears to work fine until it is switched back to the original theme again.

Setting it to switch between Soda Light and Soda Dark is working without issue for me once I did the above fix, so if you want a day/night theme difference I would suggest using this pair in your config.

I'll have a further look for a more general solution over the next few days and will update if I find one, sorry I couldn't be of more help at the moment.

Yeah the problem is that Sublime needs to restart when Soda is configured, I don't know how Night Cycle changes the preferences, but I think that overwriting the user preferences, could work. For the mean time I'm doing what you suggest and works fine :)
