View Count broken #16

Expected behavior

When you refresh the page multiple times, the view count shouldn't go up anymore other than when you originally went on to that post.

Actual behavior

People are able to have a page auto-refresh causing a huge amount of views on the post image

Detailed steps to reproduce this behavior

Post something, then continue to refresh it constantly or use an extension to auto-refresh it for you.

This was the intended implementation strategy. Wasn't supposed to be a "unique visitor counter". Was more of how Youtube view count works.

But view botting definitely seems to be an issue. I'l have to setup a new view count algorithm that tracks views based off of IP's.
