Error loading topics #2

Expected behavior

When not logged in, clicking on a limited view topic should load properly (or not show up?)

Actual behavior

When you click on a limited view topic when not logged in, it gives an error message Error: GraphQL error: Cannot read property '_id' of undefined

Detailed steps to reproduce this behavior

  1. Log out
  2. Click on a topic with limited view perms (applications, appeals, reports)
  3. Error message
